Once a bathroom replacement has been agreed by the local authority Orion will contact the tenant to arrange an installation date.
An electrician will also be involved as new lighting will be fitted

All flooring fitted is non-slip texture and comes in a range of colours, the tenant will be shown a colour chart at the beginning of the project. The tenant on this project went with the ash grey flooring.
